Evidence
Evidence basis: the public facts, and how to read every claim
This page is the single place where UAX states what it publishes, what it withholds, and what label attaches to each. Every public statement on this site belongs to exactly one of five provenance categories, and each has an owner and a date. Where a fact has not been released for publication, that is recorded as a decision rather than left as a gap.
This reference page is published in English, which is the governing version. It records corporate, evidentiary and regulatory statements whose precision matters more than their reach, so it is not machine-translated. Native Turkish and Japanese versions are in preparation with counsel; where a translation is later published, the English text prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
The five provenance labels
- UAX statement
- The company's own assertion about itself: identity, portfolio labels, policy and intent. It is presented as a first-party statement and nothing more. It is not independently verified, and this site never styles it as though it were.
- Published context
- Material drawn from public scientific literature, agency documentation or official regulatory sources. It describes the field UAX works in. It is never a claim about UAX's own results, validation, flight heritage or endorsement.
- Registry verification
- An entry in an external public registry that anyone can independently check — for example the founder's ORCID researcher record, or a Companies House filing. It confirms that the record exists and what it states. Where UAX asserts a relationship to such a record (for instance that a registered company is connected to UAX), that assertion remains a UAX statement until an identified third party confirms it; the registry record itself is what is independently checkable.
- Third-party verification
- A statement confirmed by an identified party other than UAX, with the confirming party and date named. No claim on this site currently carries this label (registry records above are checkable, but a registry entry is not the same as an outside party confirming a UAX claim). It exists so that when one does, the difference is visible.
- UAX process (sanitised)
- A description of how UAX works — a sequence, a policy, a handling rule — with identifying and enabling detail removed. It describes practice, not a credential.
A fifth label, illustrative application context, is reserved for imagery: a visual that shows the kind of environment a material addresses rather than UAX's own work or equipment. Any such visual carries the label in its caption.

What is withheld, and why
Registration identifiers, capital structure, named leadership credentials, headcount and the exact facility address are not published. UAX is a dual-use advanced-materials company: those five fields are the inputs an adversary would need to target a small supply chain, so they are released through verified institutional channels instead of being posted. This is a disclosure policy, not an absence of record — every withheld field exists and is provided at the identity-verification and NDA stage.
Two consequences follow, and UAX would rather state them than have them discovered. First, a counterparty cannot complete a full corporate check from this website alone. Second, a reader is entitled to weigh a company that withholds those fields differently from one that publishes them. The compensating measure is that everything which can be published — the status matrix, this evidence basis, the bibliography and the IP-governance note — is published, dated and owned.
Claims this site does not make
The following are excluded from every page, in every language, and their absence is deliberate rather than an oversight: any certification, qualification or standard-conformance claim; any test result, performance figure, protection level or technology-readiness level; any fielded product, delivered programme or platform integration; any procurement, partnership or endorsement relationship with a government, agency or prime contractor; any patent count or valuation; and any association with a space agency, alliance or named prime.
Where published science is close to something UAX works on, the distinction is stated explicitly on the page rather than left to inference. A self-healing or self-sealing coating described in the literature is literature; it is not a UAX material.
Correcting this page
If a statement on this site is inaccurate, unsupported or reads as a claim UAX has not made, the engagement desk is the route to say so. Corrections are made to the source page and the confirmation date on this page moves with them.
